The Murrumbateman Pony Club has just wrapped up its first three-day camp out at the local recreation grounds.
The event started on Monday and finished on Wednesday in what were beautiful conditions.
The camp was the brainchild of club secretary Liz Tritchler and saw a range of coaches and instructors visit Murrumbateman to take budding riders through their paces. The instructors taught club riders about showjumping, cross country, dressage and even archery and sports psychology.
“Liz took this from just an idea six months ago to an extremely successful reality this year,” Club President Mark Livermore said.
