Welcome to Autumn.

So far, 2020 has been a wild experience. We have shown our resilience through it all, but I know that it has been challenging. Please be kind to yourself and with those you come into contact (at a safe distance). It is ok to feel stressed and worried about the days to come. Check in with your family, your friends and your animals, and know that we will come through the challenges of COVID-19 quarantine together.
