All forms MUST come through Club Secretary’s and Clubs can set the date they want them back from their club members.
Only include on the volunteer form those that are assisting all week DO NOT include your club roster names, that is up to nominated Club representatives to chase and monitor.
I will advise as soon as I can what days each club is rostered on. It may be different from last year depending on numbers. Please ensure that all details are complete and if parents are volunteering for any position they MUST have completed their working with children check.
