VITAL INFORMATION FOR INSTRUCTORS
All instructors horses have been allocated yards in the polocrosse field yards. Entry via first gate. Due to the number of riders attending camp, all the yards have been allocated to riders in the main horse yarding area (entry via second gate).
March 25
Final preparations are in full swing for the 2016 Zone 16 Camp. Applications for camp have closed and the final numbers are in for Zone 16 Camp2016, there are a total of 201 riders registered. There is some very important information that EVERYONE attending Camp needs to read BEFORE they arrive at the venue. Please read these three documents:

- Club Roster Information and Day Allocations
- Kitchen roster arrangements, written by the kitchen staff to assist you in timing and required numbers per shift.
