| EVENTS | All games to be confirmed after the PCANSW meeting in July as they will be in line with State games.

NOTE: QT times are for teams that wish to nominate for state championships to be held in 2020. All riders are encouraged to participate, including led riders.

| GENERAL INFORMATION | · Each team must nominate three (3) officials (a Team Manager and two (2) helpers).
· No helpers mean no competition. · All riders in a team must ride in at least three games. · Riders should be able to safely manage their mounts. Young riders/beginners are permitted some assistance during events. Helpers of young riders/beginners must be 17 years of age or older and appropriately attired. · The competition will be run in accordance with the PCA NSW Rule Book (the Blue Book). http://www.pcansw.org.au/docs/general/45/section_12-2.pdf Overnight: If you are travelling a distance and plan to camp the night before, a camping fee will be collected by the Bungendore Showground caretaker on site. |
| AWARDS | · Sashes to Teams – Champion to 5th place
· Glenn Lee Perpetual Trophy awarded to the high point score junior team · Cullen Associate Division Trophy awarded to the most successful associate team |
| CLUB TEAMS | · Five members with no more than one associate in any team, unless the team comprises only Associate riders.
· All members of the one team to be members of the one Club first (except for Associate Teams which may ride as a Zone Team and be in Zone Uniform). · Clubs unable to field a full 5 junior members can combine with another club(s) in Zone 16, to form a composite junior team. See Rule C46/09 C46/09 It was moved that composite club teams within a zone be permitted at the State Mounted Games Championships provided that, at both the Championship and the event where the respective composite club team obtained times that enabled it to qualify for the Championship that : – 1. Each of the clubs from which the riders in the composite club team belong could not cater for the respective rider in any competing club team (i.e. the number of competing riders from that club was not divisible by five), and 2. Regarding any competing club team or teams, the club filled that team or those teams firstly with any rider who had been part of a Pony Club Association of NSW mounted games training squad and secondly with any rider who had previously competed at a State Mounted Games Championship. 3. Composite Club Teams (Zone teams) will be eligible for Championship Awards i.e. compete for points as well as ribbons. · A rider’s age is as at the first day of the competition. |
