Purpose:
To assist zone 16 clubs make sure 2020 gets off to a great start and to ensure clubs are aware of key requirements to ensure all is in place for 2020.
This is a great opportunity to
• Meet your zone executive – we also have many new faces
• Make sure you know what is required in your clubs from an administration point of view
• Understand how clubs and zone work together for your young riders
• Understand how clubs and zones are required to operate within the Pony Club constitution and insurance requirements
• Make sure your club is well prepared for 2020.

Who should attend:
Every club within zone 16, especially new club committee members
Venue:
Canberra Riding Club,
Corner Barton Hwy and Racecourse Road Lyneham
Date and Time:

Commencing at 5.30pm, we anticipate finishing at approximately 7.00pm
