The PCA NSW State Championships to be held in July 2016 are now open for nomination. As approved by Zone Delegates at the last Zone 16 Meeting all nominations must be at Zone 16 Post Office Box (PO Box 940 Civic Square ACT 2608) by 26 April 2016. IMPORTANT: Emailed nominations will not be accepted.

Nominations must include all required forms, all signatures from club secretary and senior instructor/ club captain as per the office bearer form lodged by the club to PCA NSW, 3 full rally day attendances in last 12 months. Rider nominating for jumping phases must include a copy of their grading card – DO NOT SEND THE ORIGINL.  Microchip number must be provided for all horses. Full payment including yard costs must be included with each nomination – no pay no acceptance. Also a reminder that the name of the volunteer to assist at the championships must be provided in the nomination for each rider.

IMPORTANT: Incomplete nominations may not be accepted by PCA NSW.

Please note late nominations will attract PCAN NSW late fee of $100 and may not be accepted.
