Zone 16 Administration Support and Gear Check Afternoon

With many new faces taking on committee roles in 2016, and many people returning to committee positions we would like to invite all clubs to participate in an administration update and gear check course.

Each club is strongly encouraged to ensure they have committee members attend this afternoon to ensure clubs are aware of the required activities, paper work, risk assessments, records, camp forms etc and how zone can assist you in making 2016 a successful your for your club

Gear Checker Course

With the new pony club year starting, and many clubs operating with club captains it is essential all clubs have several qualified gear checkers. It is essential club captains have completed a gear checker qualification and that gear checking is undertaken by volunteers with the qualification or instructor qualification.

This is also a great way to ensure your riders gear is ready for camp (it is always sad to see disappointed young riders when gear is unsafe).

Due to the popularity of the course we are also hoping to hold this course at camp in 2016.
