DESCRIPTION:This is an important workshop for all clubs. \nThis workshop will include training in Omnisport — all 2021 club membership applications and renewals\, and events and club administration must be completed online through Omnisport. \nThe Workshop provides education and training opportunities to enable our volunteers to feel supported and fully equipped to participate as a volunteer in their Pony Club. These workshops are ideal for existing volunteers looking for Pony Club Management specific training\, and they also provide a perfect opportunity for new or potential Pony Club volunteers who may be interested in volunteering in the future. \nThis is a FREE workshop and will run for aproximately five hours with breaks for lunch and morning and afternoon tea which is also provided free of charge to course attendees. \nTopics which may be covered \n\nDispute resolution\nComplaint Handling\nManaging Meetings\nGrant writing\nRegional schools\nClub Management role descriptions – secretary\, president and treasurer\, club senior instructor and zone chief instructor\, member protection information officer\, safety officer\nRisk Management for your Club\nThe State Office (affiliations\, transfers\, orders\, championship entries\, etc.)\nInsurance and incorporation\nInstructors schools\nNCAS Pony Club program\nResponsibilities of coaches\nState Camp\nState & National Championships\nProficiency Certificates\n\n
